LED Light Reminder & Water Shortage Protection

The pump in our pet water fountain automatically turns off when the water level is low. Please note that if the pump stops working, it is essential to refill the fountain with water first. The pump features low water shut off protection to prevent burnout in case the water level is not replenished. When the water level is low or completely depleted, the lights will turn red, and the pump will shut off automatically. Simply refill the water, and the fountain will resume working.

For replacements or maintenance, please search for the official replacement filters and pump. Our products come with a 24-month warranty and 24/7 customer service. Feel free to contact us for a replacement if the pump stops working within 2 years. Remember to clean the pump at least every 2 weeks to prolong its lifespan. Maintaining the water level in the fountain at more than 1/3 of the tank capacity is also recommended for optimal pump performance.
